The Grievance Committee will provide an apparatus in the institutional frame work that may:

1. Facilitate easy access to individuals for ventilating personal grievances;

2. Ensure speedy consideration of grievances and decision thereon;

3. Impart a fair degree of objectivity and fair-play in the whole process;

4. Render help to establish good communication between the lab and the employee;

5. Make effort to remove misunderstanding and develop congenial atmosphere in the laboratory.

संदर्भ की शर्तें

1. The Local Grievance Committee will consider only individual grievances of specific nature of an aggrieved employee.
2. The tenure of the Local Grievance Committee is extended till the constitution of new Committee.
