संदर्भ की शर्तें

1. 1. The Complaints Committee shall consider / hear complaints as per the provision of the above stated Act at CSIR- NCL and take appropriate action on such complaints, as per rules.
2. 2. The Committee shall submit Quarterly and Annual Reports to Director, CSIR- NCL and CSIR Headquarters, even if there is no complaint after holding periodic meetings.
3. 3. Tenure of the committee will be for a period of two years i.e. upto 31 May 2026.
